You must have, we all have them from time to time. Sometimes a good funk is even necessary for growth, but not if you stay there! The problem is, once you begin to focus on the negative, more negativity shows up in your life, and in order to flip out of the funk, you have to shift you focus to something positive. If you’re having troubles beginning to see things in a positive light, try this exercise:
I believe that you will agree that this is a sure-fire method for flipping out of your funk, if you fully commit to the exercise. It may take some practice, but it will get easier and easier each time you apply yourself to the exercise!
